The hotel's location is great! Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities are well maintained, and I loved the pool and jacuzzi. Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly, especially Deborah from reception.
Absolutely nothing.

The pool was very nice although a little noisy the second week we thought maybe by young people who were not residents. towels etc changed often. general apperance of areas good and grounds well kept. excellent restaurant 20 min walk away called 5 and half. the beach was lovely and near. great to have bbc world news on tv.
very little information in english not even a menu outside restaurant. would have been nice to get a snack etc there. had no idea what was happening in paradiso a regards entertainment etc. pool opened at ten but wasnt finished been cleaned until 11. no information in apt as regards where to go where private beach was etc probably fine if you could speak italian!!! wouldn't recommend to non italian speakers.

Close to the beach and friendly staff. We also enjoyed having our own kitchenette and the option to borrow clean towels for the beach. Location-wise, it was easy to access nearby attractions and activities.
the sand at the beach was also disappointingly dark.

That it was easy, not crowdy, short passage to the beach and both near small village's. And Ravenna near by. Nice restaurant and good foot.
That it is near by everything for us important. It is clean, good beds, big enough, Nice balcon also big enough.

The pool and the airconditioning.
The buildings were rather industrial and lacked "warmth and there was no snack bar for drinks at the pool.

Convenient location, close to the sea, with a well-maintained swimming pool. Nice apartment with excellent amenities, including good air conditioning and WiFi. Helpful staff and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Great location for trips and close to Mirabilandia park.
Nothing at all.

Flat quite resoanable and in good conditions. New (or almost new) furtniture. Weel enough equipped. Very close to the beach. Free parking. Nice swimming pool.
Swimming pool closes at lunch time until 16h. Flat could had been a little bit cleaner in the first day, specially the ground, which still had some sand grains.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. The pool for adults and one for kids was spectacular, and the jacuzzi was perfect to relax and relieve stress. The staff were excellent, very welcoming, and they made every effort to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. The location was also ideal as it was close to the beach, which was less than two blocks away. Another bonus was the presence of well-equipped kitchen and refrigerator which made it easy to prepare my favorite meals.
The hotel may need to improve in a few areas. For instance, some kitchen items were missing, such as cleaning stuff for dishes or salt and pepper.

10 minutes from the beach, free parking, washing mashine for 3 euro downstairs. Big room with balcony (especialy cost effective for 4 people). Swimming pool on the territory.
It was a little bit noisy in the evening, but maybe there just was party that day and we were unlucky. Breakfast is not included. Guests should self clean the room before leaving.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just a stone's throw away from the beach. the rooms were well, equipped, with comfortable beds, a well, stocked kitchen and clean bathrooms. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing towels for both the room and beach. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which had ample sunbeds and sunshades. the on, site parking was convenient for our rental car.
The hotel's Wi, Fi connection was disappointing.

Costa Paradiso Residence has two nice swimming pools for the kids, but the opening times are an inconvenience (open from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 7 pm). There is a nice field with benches where you can sit and a little playground with a slide, swing etc. Costa Paradiso is 200 m away from the beach (Adriatic coast). Each apartment has a private parking space.
The apartments are very basic, though not that cheap. The beds are very hard (my back hurt for 2 weeks!). The mini-bar consists of 2 vending machines (one with softdrinks and one with coffee/tea) and some chairs to sit. There is a restaurant next door, but it is very expensive. You had to pay for Wifi internet (10 euros a day). The pools closed from 1pm to 3pm which is an inconvenience. The apartments are quite noisy.

Don't have private beach.
